The Picky Eaters Elimination Diet Palette is also known as the anti-inflammatory diet. This program was created for those that have food allergies or intolerances and/or those that desire to improve system inflammation. Gluten, corn, dairy, sugar and soy are known to cause inflammation within our bodies and therefore often leads to auto-immune and other health related conditions. This program will allow you to see which foods do not agree with your system and provide your body a ‘reset’.
